The world I am painting has been silenced and unseen, yet I can feel it. I spend my days painting and my nights creating through vivid dreams. There are those out Ayasha Loyathere of many cultures who have felt misunderstood or forbidden from being seen or heard. Through color, form, and light I communicate the suppressed cultures to rise up and be discovered again through art.

This is why I paint. I paint because I have a fascination for teaching the world of cultures. Painting gives me enormous pleasure being the voice for a culture that once may have been silenced.
